My American friends,

introduced me to the fascinating story
of a nameless nobleman,
a secretly adopted child,
a privateer frigate,
a shipwreck,
a fugitive cleverly hidden by the enemy,
a life started anew,
a romance,
a mystery that has lasted for over 300 years.

Elisabeth et David,
m'ont fait connaitre l'histoire fascinante
de leur "noble" ancêtre,
un enfant adopté en secret,
un bateau corsaire,
un naufrage,
un fugitif caché par ses ennemis,
une nouvelle vie,
une histoire d'amour,
un mystère qui dure depuis plus de 300 ans.

In 2003 I started my first research about Doctor Francis LeBaron.

C'est en 2003 que j'ai commencé mes premières recherches au sujet du Docteur Francis LeBaron.

Unfortunately, I had to stop all my activities in 2013 because of a bone marrow cancer (Multiple Myeloma).

Malheureusement, j'ai du cesser toutes mes activités en 2013 suite à un cancer de la moelle osseuse (Myélome Multiple).

But on the other hand, I was lucky to get in touch, in late 2010, with Jan Bevan, who is passionate about the story of Doctor Francis LeBaron. She continued research and morally helped me a lot during my fight against cancer during the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Mais d'autre part, j'avais eu la chance d'entrer en contact, dès fin 2010, avec Jan Bevan, passionnée par l'histoire du Docteur Francis LeBaron. Elle a poursuivi les recherches et m'a beaucoup aidé moralement durant mon combat contre le cancer pendant les années 2013, 2014 et 2015.

With chemotherapy, I felt much better and I was able to resume my activities in 2016.

Grâce à la chimiothérapie en cours, je vais beaucoup mieux et j'ai pu reprendre mes activités en 2016.
